Dream Works Bladen is more than just a gym, we're a growing ministry of Foundation Church and our goals are to provide a safe place for our community to pursue their dreams. We believe that God's love can change lives and should be demonstrated on a regular basis, rather than just at church on Sunday morning.
Many people have given up in working towards a better future, but with a little encouragement and positivity, anyone should be able to reach their goals! Through Dream Works, Foundation Church, and Foundation Kids, we strive to provide a place where you can feel loved in sincerity and truth. SUCCESS STORIES
My name is Kevin and I started coming to Dream Works on January 7 because I was having blood pressure issues, I felt bad, and I needed to do something about it. In just a couple of weeks, I have lost 14lbs by being consistent with my diet and exercise.

Due to a lung problem, I was oxygen dependent. My doctor prescribed regular exercise, so I joined the gym, health works at the time. After consistency, I was able to get off oxygen completely and I feel so much better.

I have a thyroid issue and the medications make it hard to lose weight, but I want to get back in shape.
My name is Brittany and my family and I joined the gym because if my kids see us working to get healthy and stay healthy then it will encourage them to do the same.
